As a part of our being a 90’s kid series, we mounted a 3D printed Marvin the Martian on an electrical box in Caddebostan area.

The third figure of our 90’s themed street installations, Marvin the Martian is now welcoming visitors in İskele Sokak, Caddebostan. We see Marvin getting off of a metro to see his friends in the city, coming all the way from Mars. From the day one of the Marvin installation, we observed that the visitors have been interacting with it.

Marvin the Martian figure was found on myminifactory.com and modified by Onaranlar Kulübü volunteer Derin Gürgün. We 3D printed the design, and laser cut the figure to fit in its place. The 3D printed Marvin figure was placed onto an electrical box, and complementary items were painted by Onaranlar Kulübü volunteer İlgi Olçay. We used Selsil adhesives to mount the installation on the box.
