Inspired by the 90s, we hacked a wall in Moda neighborhood in Kadıköy with a 3D printed Super Mario figure. We always leave some traces in the streets of Istanbul that take us back to our childhood to strengthen our relationship with the city we live in. Do we have some 90s kids up in here? If that’s a yes, we are happy to announce that the theme for our new urban hacking series is "being a 90’s kid"! Along with our volunteer concept designer Derin Gürgün, and Onaranlar Kulübü members, we took Nintendo’s infamous Italian, Super Mario to streets.

Super Mario was produced using different production techniques such as 3D printing and laser cuts. The model was modified by using the original design of myminifactory.com designer YECAP, and 3D printed to be mounted onto a  all.

The green pipe was produced using a laser cutter, and painted with stencils.
