We have added a new project to our sustainability and upcycling initiatives! In collaboration with Aksa Akrilik, we transformed old machine parts into an innovative social space. The idle components of Aksa Akrilik’s fiber spinning machines, used between 1982 and 2019, have been brought back to life through an artistic approach.

With this project, we contributed to Aksa Akrilik’s sustainability vision while also creating a unique gathering space for employees. Approximately 6 tons of materials were upcycled, including 313 meters of piping and various machine parts. The resulting social space was designed to accommodate 23 people at the same time and has been made available for all factory employees to use.

Throughout this creative process, we emphasized the importance of environmental awareness while transforming materials from the past into an aesthetic and functional space. Ali Raif Dinçkök’s passion for art and his sensitivity toward giving new value to waste inspired the project, demonstrating that sustainability is not only an environmental responsibility but also a process of creating social benefit.

As Onaranlar Kulübü, with this project we not only created a physical space but also carried out a transformation that optimizes resource use and inspires the future.
