The timeless hero of children’s literature, The Little Prince, is now on Kalfaoğlu Street in Kadıköy.
Created in collaboration with Selsil, this installation draws inspiration from the Little Prince’s curious way of looking at the world. Through this perspective, we aimed to create a narrative that invites reflection on belonging, friendship, and the culture of living together.
In the middle of urban life, we wanted to transform the walls we often pass by without noticing into a brief space for pause and reflection. By bringing the Little Prince’s simple yet powerful story into the public space, our goal was to create an experience that builds an emotional connection with the city.
Throughout the installation process, we combined different production techniques and crafted each piece individually. From design and production to assembly and painting, every stage was carefully completed to form the final composition. In every detail, we focused on creating a public experience capable of building an emotional connection with the city and bringing people together around a shared story.
